NOC Inbound Students Visit to Meta Asia Pacific Headquarters

On 25 July 2024, a master’s student from the Graduate School of Informatics, Nagoya University, participating in the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) Inbound programme, visited Meta’s Asia Pacific headquarters. The visit provided insights into how advanced research areas such as computer vision and machine learning are applied within a global technology company, highlighting the translation of cutting-edge research into large-scale, real-world products.

The experience helped bridge academic knowledge with industry practice, aligning with the NOC Inbound programme’s goal of exposing students to global innovation and entrepreneurship environments.
