Nagoya University Global Office (NUGC) led a session at BLOCK71 as part of the AKATSUKI Project

On 11-12 January 2024, seven students from the Tokai region, including two from Nagoya University, visited Singapore as part of the AKATSUKI Project (Social Innovation Program Co-Do). This initiative, supported by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Brother Industries, based in Aichi, aims to discover and nurture local young talent.

In this project, the Nagoya University Global Office (NUGC) led a session at BLOCK71, where its office is located. We collaborated with NUS Enterprise and three startups. One of these startups has received funding from Aichi Prefecture and is scheduled to visit Aichi in March.

On January 12, the participants had dinner with four members of the Aichi Prefectural Association in Singapore, including an exchange student from Nagoya University.
