Nagoya University Alumni Association Singapore Branch Participates in ASEAN Alumni Online Dialogue

On 6 December 2025, Professor Hiroshi Imaizumi participated in the ASEAN Alumni Online Dialogue, representing the Nagoya University Alumni Association Singapore Branch.

The dialogue was hosted by the Nagoya University Alumni Association and initiated by the Malaysia Alumni Branch in light of ASEAN’s 2025 chairmanship by Malaysia. The event brought together alumni representatives from across ASEAN member countries to promote networking and strengthen collaboration among overseas branches.

The initiative was led by Dr. Jamila Mohd, Head of the Nagoya University Alumni Association Malaysia Branch, who coordinated participation from across the region. President Naoshi Sugiyama delivered opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of strengthening connections among alumni communities.

With Nagoya University’s overseas alumni network expanding to 17 branches worldwide, the dialogue provided a valuable platform to enhance regional cooperation and foster closer ties among ASEAN-based alumni.
