Meidai LinkT Gathering 2026 Brings Together Students, Alumni, and Supporters

On 19 April 2026, the Meidai LinkT Gathering 2026 was successfully held at Nagoya University, bringing together students, alumni, and supporters to celebrate the achievements of the Meidai LinkT Project.

The project was launched by student members who participated in a short-term programme in Singapore in March 2025. Inspired by their experiences, the team initiated the project with the aim of expressing the unique identity of Nagoya University and strengthening connections within the university community.

During the event, the student team shared the project’s journey from its initial concept to the production of original T-shirts, while also introducing the design ideas behind the project. The gathering provided an opportunity for students to directly express their appreciation to supporters who contributed to the initiative.

The event also created a welcoming space for students, alumni, and supporters from different generations to connect and build new relationships. Through these interactions, participants experienced the strong sense of connection and community that continues to grow around Nagoya University.
