Building Connections: NUS Interns and Nagoya Students Exchange in Nagoya

On 20 October 2025, an exchange gathering was held in Nagoya featuring three National University of Singapore students who are completing six-month internships at Nagoya-based startups through the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) Nagoya, Japan programme, alongside students from Nagoya University.

A total of 12 students participated in the event, held at a popular izakaya in Motoyama. The informal setting fostered open conversation and interaction, creating a relaxed environment for meaningful exchange.

The gathering provided the NUS students with a glimpse of daily campus life in Nagoya while strengthening connections with local students. Through shared meals and discussion, the event promoted mutual understanding and reinforced the value of student-to-student exchange.
